Trouble with my neighbor?

i wasn't sure where to post this but hopefully someone could help. my dog barks at anyone he doesn't know near our fence or house. well, the new owner started to cut near the fence and i saw him intentionally put his gas trimmer over my fence(while it being on) twice to scare my dog away. the fence is 4ft high. chain link. i heard my dog make a weird sound like a cry. and thought he got hurt.my dog could easily jump the fence if threatened so i ran out and he came in the house. i checked and no cuts that i can see...i was too hot tempered to confront the guy so i just cussed at him from my doorstep. if he injures my dog what legal actions can i take?

Do i still have the flu or is it going away and should i go to the doctor?

well over the weekend i had really bad fevers and headaches......so on.MOnday i went to school and felt a little queasy and threw up tuesday didn't go to school and felt very bad. today (wensday) i still have a very bad dry cough and when i stand up or move i fell nauses. I haven't eaten in 3 days but feel fine..The others day i pretty much slept all day but today it's is alot harder for me to get sleepy. I go to sleep on and off but not as much as other days. I still can't eat cause i throw up especially if i'm standing upm to long but i can still move with some muscle pain here and there. So i'm wondering if i still have the flu or not. I do get minor headaches but not as bad as the first 3 days of being sick. I have no appetite to eat but have been taking sips of ginger ale and gatorade throughout the day!!! Can a computer freeze because of the peripherals or is there something wrong with the hard drive?

A man who fixes computers says the screen keeps freezing due to a fault in one of the peripherals (monitor/printer/keyboard etc.) but he can't seem to pinpoint the problem or fix it. Is the doctor right? Is the surgery necessary?

After having abdominal pain for several months that is gradually getting worse I went to see the doctor. The first thing she did was an ultrasound which came back normal. Then yesterday I went back to see her and she asked a few questions told me she was going to do another ultrasound to look for kidney stones, and then proceeded to examine me. She got done left the room and came back and gave me some paperwork then told me her nurse will call me monday to schedule my laparoscopy to verify her thoughts of endometrosis and I basically had a week to decide if I wanted to get a hysterectomy during the surgery. How did she go from ultrasound to all this so fast and is she right?

I am buying a 14.3hh arabian, and I am 5ft7, 16 years old. Firstly, is this horse big enough for me? I will ride her 3 days in a week, and will school her in the arena twice a week, one of these days taking him over some small fences, and on the third day I will take him out for a trail ride, whether it be in the rainforest or along the beach if I have time. In your opinion, how far in dressage (eg. what movements) do you believe this horse could reach, and how high do you think she could jump? I won't be competing often, maybe one show or 2 every 6 months. Also, she does tend to cat leap (has jumped 4ft) and is not very good at engaging her hindquarters when I ask her to go on the bit. In fact, she hasn't got a clue how to tuck her head in, etc, the correct way. Advice on the above would be much appreciated, thank you in advance.

The school bus-Do you think my first attempt sounds ok?

The route taken by my school bus is etched in my memory because of its daily repetition, one that took me to many corners of the city i had not seen before- the beach and the resorts by them, the straight National Highways which seememd to be smooth like satin...These were the roads through which tourists made a beeline to Kovalam..The rain would swoosh down through the bus windows, which makes others force me to pull down the window shutters; other times the harsh sun would bake us all inside that school bus, alternatively in various months..sometimes the bus itself would change into some other vehicle with a formidable looking mustache rather than the friendly grin..the students were not regulars..especially a particular boy with straight parted hair..the only thing that in that bus was the song that played in the bus stereo for general entertainment-'Karimizhi kuruviye kandilla'- a song that sang about the cute little fights of lovers sung by themselves..and i hated it for being so damn pemanent!..While taking the route adjacent to our school we snake past the spiralling roads of a hill and after much confusion which we reach there or get out of there..The school..it is less green than i was used to..every morning i felt like stepping into a black and white world..Barely any trees, yet the monsoon winds brought out the grey undertone of the white buildings and cement laden grounds..

There was a piece on CBC news today that reporting priests had formerly not been done by bishoprics because it was a question of canon law. I can't stop picking at things and it's very annoying?

It tends to not matter what it is. If I see paint chipping, i have to chip it all off. If I have a scab, I rip it off before it can heal. Fuzzies or loose hair on my clothing or on anyone else's bothers me. My boyfriend gets irritated because I will pester him until he has no more sleep in his eyes, no zits, no whatever. I don't like to see dust on tables or tv's, etc. I know it isn't a big deal, I should just let stupid little things like that go, but I can't. The picking at sores is what bothers me the most. I'm still in love with Paris, there is so much to do. Rome is an ancient city with beautiful cobble stones, Vatican is amazing and I'm not even religious. If you go to Rome stay near the sights you want to see, the public transit is crap, Paris has an amazing subway system, we never had to hire a car or walk too far except to & from the airport cause of the bags. Don't know about the third, the French/English/Italian countrysides sound like what you are looking for. Scotland & Ireland also come to mind, but don't go for the sunbathing. London is a great urban city with another good public transportation system. Cites like London, Paris, Rome are also make a great "home base" from which day/overnight trips to places like Stonehenge or Bath, Versailles, Pompeii originate.

My daughter is 21 months and losing hair?

I was doing my daughters hair at night for day care in the morning. I had noticed a couple months ago she had a little round circle of hair missing hair and i thought it was a bad hair follicle. Has anyone ever complained to Nextel about their sucky text messaging service and what did they do to fix it?

I have a Nextel phone (I 870), and when I send text messages to my friends, they get them right away, but those outside the Nextel service(i.e Verizon, Cingular) who send text messages to me, theirs can take up to several hours to reach my phone! I call Sprint/Nextel all the time and I keep getting the same runaround. They have told me to send voicemail messages "Urgent" to reset it, they have told me to turn the phone on and off, they told me it was my phone (and I was dumb enough to buy a new one), and I even had one tell me there is nothing they can do about it. I never had a problem until the last couple of months! Thanks!

I think you have a right to be worried when she's messing around with other guys, and be secretive about. I also think it's incredibly horrible of her to do it, especially while you two have been together for so long, have a kid together, and this has happened to you before. If you are this miserable and can't even trust her at all, then I don't think this relationship is going to make you very happy. So honestly you need to try and trust her and really let go. If she acts suspicious again and you actually have proof of more stuff going on, then confront her seriously. If you catch her again then I don't think the relationship is worth it. I'm really sorry and hope things work out for you.

What would you do if you had one month to live?

I would have a hard time coping with that. The thought of not seeing my children grow up, or not getting to grow old with my husband, would make it almost impossible to get out of bed in the morning. But after the initial shock, we'd milk those last days for all they were worth. I'd want to go visit my family in British Columbia. I'd want to take my kids to a theme park. Should I buy my place?

We rent a condo from my Grandma. She just sold the other one and we live in the other. We have been paying her every month and we have some insurance on it and so does she. I have a question about the anti-depressint abilify?

now i posted a question awhile ago about a problem i am having with my body making to much insulin (acanthosis nigricans) and i have this skin problem for a while. i took abilify for a few years and this problem with my skin was present while i was taking it but it was very very little!! i have only been off it for a while most of my pregnancy and since i had my daughter(9mths) and it has gotten ALOT worse since i started taking the abilify 3 years ago. i know that abilify can cause high blood sugar so i was wondering if maybe by taking the abilify it sped up the process of the acanthosis nigricans or if these two things could even be conected (the high blood sugar and the acanthosis nigricans)

I'm in the gifted program at school, and all the gifted kids work with the ESE kids once a week, mainly because we are considered ESE, too (Exceptional Student Education). Most of the kids we work with aren't mature, they act and speak and have the mentality of a five year old. Most are very affectionate as well, because they feel normal when they hang out or even have a simple conversation with someone. Maybe the guy that you are dealing with has one of the childish mentalities, but he idolizes you because of the way you act. He may be trying to get your attention by imitating you. Even if you don't like him, be nice to him, as he may be sensitive. If he makes you uncomfortable, you may want to tell someone who works at your school, but try to just take his behavior as a compliment:)

Schedual Screwup?

I recently changed my schedual at work. I called them yesturday to confirm my new start time and they said that it was 10AM. So I get up today get redy and head to work. i am not very experienced in shooting, but i can shoot the puck fairly fast and right in the corner of the nets, the weird thing is i have better slap shot accuracy than wrist shot accuracy .. when i do wrist shot it is slow ... but when i do slap shot it goes fast, does that mean that slapshot needs more strength? than mechanics, while wrist shot needs more mechanics than strength? i have a really strong shoulder and hips, i can make a connection for slapshot ... throwing a football .. they both need you to turn you're hips and need shoulder strength ... would that help me?

Another possibility, given that you were rubbing it when you went deaf, is that it's been sealed up with wax. Go to the drugstore and get an ear wax cleaning kit. This features drops you put in your ear. You leave them there for 15 minutes. Then you go to the sink. The kit comes with a bulb or syringe, which you fill with WARM water and then put in your ear c and shoot it out, which cleans out your ear of both the drops and the wax! Shoot the water from the bulb multiple times. You won't hurt your ear doing it. If, after you do that and get all the wax out, your ear still hurts, then it's an ear infection.

How to respond to a ridiculous lady at work sending out warning emails about fake terrorist stuff?

Today this lady at my work forwarded an email of a former coworker's sister's cousin who works at UPS and said that terrorists are buying UPS uniforms. I promptly searched this on google and it immediately told me this was a hoax dating back to 2003. The department of homeland security website even had the same email word for word on their hoax website. I took leadership of an org. that did not have a leader for 2 yrs & the previous leader was not hands-on so the inmates ran the asylum. Employees got into some bad habits as you can imagine. I'm trying to get the level of professionalism up. However, everytime I remind someone of rules they need to be following (new or old) they get "offended" & run to my boss hysterical! I bend over backwards to be polite, I always use "we need to..." not "you need to..." and i always use language like.. Alright.. it might sound a little crazy, but a certain game called Final Fantasy XI once had a grip on part of my teen life growing up and to this day after having long since moved on, I still miss it like hell. Actually, as soon as levitation goes to the graveyard all your creatures lose the flying ability unless of course they have the ability without levitation. It sounds like it was probably a bug in the game or you misunderstood what happend. Your creatures will only be effected by levitation as long as it is in play. There was an ability that some spells in an old set of magic cards that was called maddness and when you discarded a card if you paid the maddness cost the cards effect would happen, but levitation is not such a card, and I believe that was only with instants and sorceries. New gym routien?

Okay, so I was wondering if this is a good regimen for the gym. I'm working out 5 days a week. Alternating one day weights one day cardio. Sometimes I'll put in a 6ht day on the weekend.
