Infertility friends- what is your medical regimen?

Well, I have been ttc for 23 months and all of my test have came out fine. I did have to have a leep for moderate dysplasia in march, which was a shock. Other than that nothing known to be wrong. I almost wish they would find something so we would know what to do now. Sorry I'm no help for your question just needed to vent to women that know what it is like! Thanks
