I have a hip stress fracture will this get me medically discharged from the military?

i just got out of basic training i am in the infantry and in the national guard. but i was in the last few weeks of basic training and i had pain in my right hip went to the doctor their and he said it was sprained and for a while it was ok then we ran a 5 mile run and after that i could barely walk on it. now back at home i went to the doctor and had a x-ray and their is a stress fracture on top of the femoral neck of my femur. my question is will this lead me to get a medical discharge from the army?
