Camera picking help!?

I want a camera that makes decent pictures. I want to be able to take pictures without much lighting and have the pictures look good, not too bright. I also want it to be able to take video in a format youtube will accept. Also it would AMAZING if the camera had like different scene selections - night time, scenery, etc. My son is almost six months, and I really want a dependable camera that works good! By the way, I can't afford anything too pricey either. Not too picky right? Haha!
