Do i still have the flu or is it going away and should i go to the doctor?

well over the weekend i had really bad fevers and headaches......so on.MOnday i went to school and felt a little queasy and threw up tuesday didn't go to school and felt very bad. today (wensday) i still have a very bad dry cough and when i stand up or move i fell nauses. I haven't eaten in 3 days but feel fine..The others day i pretty much slept all day but today it's is alot harder for me to get sleepy. I go to sleep on and off but not as much as other days. I still can't eat cause i throw up especially if i'm standing upm to long but i can still move with some muscle pain here and there. So i'm wondering if i still have the flu or not. I do get minor headaches but not as bad as the first 3 days of being sick. I have no appetite to eat but have been taking sips of ginger ale and gatorade throughout the day!!! MY tongue is now white with like a ripple effect across the sides of it and i did brush my teeth and it's still there.
