New gym routien?

Okay, so I was wondering if this is a good regimen for the gym. I'm working out 5 days a week. Alternating one day weights one day cardio. Sometimes I'll put in a 6ht day on the weekend. LOTS of fish, chicken, veggies, fruits, and graines. Eat every couple of hours to keep my metabalisom going.. I'm about 5' 7 - 204 pounds. My goal is to loose 40 pounds by Oct. 2oth. Is this a reachable goal? Or impossiable? Any advice I apprechiate a lot. Thanks so much.
