Universities in england or abroad programs?

i am a good student, i'm on the honor roll, very involved in after school activities. i want to double major in writing and math, i really like England and i want to go there or study abroad. i was wondering if you knew any good colleges there that would work with what i want to study, or if there are any schools in the usa that have abroad programs to england. i want to go to a good school, but not a really competitive school, maybe a step bellow ivy league. thanks for your help
