USA and NATO help Kosovo independence, why not help Chechenya and Tibet?

Did I miss something? Does Tibet and Chechenya have oil? Otherwise there is no way we help them out militarily. Kosovo was clinton.. Bush only attacks countries near oil to raise the price so his friends can make windfall profits. Im sorry not windfall I should have said the LARGEST PROFITS EVER FOR ANY COMPANY. (fact). The US actually supports some of the worlds most brutal dictators. Heck we even put them in power. Who do you think funded Bin Laden against the Soviets? Propped up Sadam Hussein? The dictator of Pakistan? Yup. Good Ol USA.. Hell Even Reagan sold ARMS TO IRAN!!!!!
