arkansas hot check law states that written notice by registered or certified mail has to be given by merchant to payer of bad check and restitution plus fees paid in full within 10 days of notice. If no notice is given to payer of bad check in any form written or verbal can a prosecutor issue a warrant for arrest for bad check , without giving any period of time at all for payer of bad check to make good on check.
