My friend was trying to transfer the "Shed A Tear" starring Nigahiga, Kevjumba, and Chester See from youtube using youtube downloader. He wants the movie, not just the mp3, so we got the video and copied to to his "Purchased" category under his iTunes account, then he tried syncing his iPod but it said it cannot be played on his iPod even though he has done this before with other songs, and his iPod is the new 4th generation iPod touch. Is there anything we can do to make it compatible? Thanks :]
