Do JWs encourage their members to go door-to-door in the ministry, even if convicted of child molestation?

Well it is said that they do have the highest rate of molesters,but i do know the Methodist have the highest percentage of Leaders having complaints filed against them for ual harrasment. Believe it or not the Catholic Church has the lowest percentage. Learned this from a Jewish article.......
